Fun Dating Ideas

You are a typical college student, going on dates at a frenetic pace, but after a while what do you do to keep the variety up? While many people have that "golden date" that they feel is solid no matter who they go with, why not try something different with one of these fun dating ideas?

I've collected input from several 20-something year olds (both males and females) on what they feel are in general, a "fun" date to go on. While I'll be the first to admit that fun dating ideas does not directly translate to a good time, I'd like to think that it facilitates it just a bit. Let's face it, you could go on the worst date idea ever with the person you really like and it would still be fun. The opposite is true; you could go on the ideal date with everything set up perfectly, and if you're with certain people, you'll have a terrible time regardless.

We have three categories of fun dating ideas here - I don't include dinner or food with any of these as part of costs:

1. Cheap or free dates that could be done anywhere
2. Dates specific to the Utah Valley Area
3. Dates that aren't really "free or cheap dates", but could be well worth it
